All our templates are CNC milled from CFC core Melamine Sheets. This template is designed to be inserted into "The Master Door Jig" giving you full adjustment and attachment capability to the door slab you are prepping for hardware.
Each template is designed with a 1/16" offset for the use of a rub collar and or 1/16" offset bearing in a router. This design enables the template to endure more use and gives you more control of your depth and size bit you like to use.
