All our templates are CNC-machined from durable 3/8" black phenolic, a material known for its strength, stability, and resistance to moisture and wear. Each template is designed to integrate with “The Master Door Jig,” providing full adjustability and secure attachment to the door slab during hardware prep.

Every template features a 1/16" offset, allowing for the use of a rub collar or 1/16" offset bearing in your router. This design not only extends the life of the template but also gives you greater control over cutting depth and bit selection.
