T-Strike + Dust Box (1-1/8"x2-3/4"x1-1/2")

All of our templates are CNC-machined from 5/8" black phenolic, an industrial-grade material renowned for its exceptional strength, dimensional stability, and resistance to moisture, wear, and repeated use. 

Each template is engineered to integrate seamlessly with The Master Jamb Jig®, providing a secure, adjustable mounting system for fast, accurate hardware installation. The Master Jamb Jig accommodates casing up to 2" thick and slips over stops up to 5/8", making it compatible with a wide range of door and frame configurations.

Every template is manufactured with a 1/16" offset, allowing you to use either a 1/16" guide bushing (rub collar) or a 1/16" offset bearing with your router. This design helps extend template life, protects the cutting edge, and gives you greater flexibility when selecting router bits and controlling cut depth.
